I am on day nine of my ‘Thirty Things I love’ challenge. So how it goes is, you write down thirty things you love daily for thirty days. So that’s 900 things in total. And no repeating yourself. Yeah!!!
Did you know there are so many things to write down? And the good thing about it is that even if you are having a super bad day, you end up just laughing or smiling. That’s the therapy in it. And it enhances your Gratitude levels. Trust me!!!
